Degree in Engineering, or Manufacturing Management, or Program Management, or related degree.
Extensive & deep-rooted experience in the automotive industry.
Demonstrated leadership and team building skills.
Candidate must have a record of proactive delivery and commitment to meeting deadlines.
Highly self-motivated, confident, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, showing the ability to work effectively with a
Good judgment, negotiation, analytical, organizational and problem resolution skills.
Languages; Czech speaker, very good English or German or Russian language
Valid driving license is a must.
Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SAP).

Responsibilities
As a key member of the local Project Management Team the Project Manager will report to the Plant Project Manager with matrix responsibilities within the Global PM organization. Working closely with all company departments, Sales, Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, Logistics and Purchasing Organizations support plant product launch through GATE0 to GATE2 and lead plant product launch through GATE2 to GATE6 (Job1 Plus 90 days).
Leading company cross functional program teams, defining, monitoring team members’ tasks and goals.
