Support for a Commodity Managers,requires an experienced procurement person, who is able to facilitate and drive results in a fast paced and demanding growth environment, leveraging his/her strong ability to negotiate internally and externally.
Required:
-minimum bachelor degree prefferably in technical/machinery/steel field or equivalent practical experience
- international sourcing experience strongly required
- very good command of English language; German language is an advantage
- outstanding negotiation skills
- experience with enterprise ERP systems - SAP strongly preffered
- proven ability to raise the performance bar - takes the initiative to look for and take advantages of opportunities and willing to take independant actions and calculated risks
- strong team player - proactively supports team members as needed and shares knowledge to allow cross-training of all functions
- works well under pressure, effectively handles conflicts and demonstrates flexibility in work style to accommodate changing priorities and fixed deadlines
-self-motivated, capable of seeking quality solutions and continuously focusing on process improvements
- analytical and project management skills
- ability to travel up to 25% of time
- driving licence
- strong verbal and written communication skills
