Requirements:
o advanced English and Russian
o 4+ years experience in B2C and B2B sales of an IT product sales in stock and editorial photography business;
o full-circle sales management: new business, retention, post-sales support and upselling experience for the regions: Asia, Latin America, CIS, Europe, RoW;
o enterprise sales, developing the partnership sales channels and creating mutually beneficial partner programs for boosting the revenue and new market development;
o closed large contracts (over USD 100k)
o negotiating on organizational, financial, tax and legal sides of partner cooperation;
o tight collaboration with the team of IT developers both on the company and customer side on improving the IT product characteristics;
o experience in recruiting, organization of commerce dept (team of 10 people), KPIs for personnel, consultation and coaching of sales managers;
o increasing brand awareness and face to face sales at exhibitions in Europe - B2B;B2C;
o competitors' market evaluation, price formation, strategy;
o full MS Office Suite, 1?, Magento, SalesForce, Roundcube, Hansa, Jira
o very good relationships with main photoagencies around the globe
