Position is suitable for graduates and juniors with short experience in HR.

What will you do?

* Covering end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing channels, interviewing techniques, offer negotiation and communicatoin with hiring managers
* Supporting managers regarding all inquiries related to employee programs and services, policy, process, and procedures
* Documenting all cases in a system
* Coordinating HR processes (on/off boarding)
* Searching for a new employees, but also using company sources
* Using Worday, Taleo and other IT systems
