We are looking for a Technical Analyst with fluent English AND German.

You will be responsible for:

- Providing 1st/2nd level technical support and troubleshooting
- Access management, users management, service request management
- Supporting clients via phone or email to solve their queries
- End-users training
- Communication and cooperation with other team members

You can choose if you prefer full time or freelance cooperation
Only regular working hours, NO SHIFTS :)
