Main responsibilities:
- working with a ticketing and documentation system
- incident management life-cycle of the infrastructure from monitoring through resolution
- monitor and troubleshoot issues and events involving production applications, systems, clouds, and networks
- cooperation with other teams to ensure infrastructure is running smoothly
- maintain documentation and inventory of IT assets

Working fund: 37,5 h/week - 12 hours shifts, continuous day/night operation
Salary: 40 - 60 000 CZK/m (depends on seniority)
